I had a great experience today with the clinic today. They were kind enough to take me pretty much last minute as I just scheduled the day before which was really convenient, the front desk staff were helpful but Hai was especially considerate, efficient, and showed great care and was very informative and happy to answer questions about what I needed to do for my teeth. Service was great all around by the staff, but especially by Hai.

I will happily come back and will recommend to others.

My husband has been with Dental Associates for many years. Their receptionists and their method of scheduling patients has never been easy. The receptionists are so rude. When you make an appointment they call you a couple days before your appointment and tell you to call and confirm you are going to make that appointment if you do not call back they cancel your appointment. This time he had an appointment and they did not call for him to call back and confirm so he called them and they said the appointment was canceled.

They said they left a message and they sent a text. We have a land line and there was no message on our answering machine. They would not admit that they made a mistake. My husband has Mn health this is the only dentist he can go to so the receptionists treat him very disrespectfully. We Hate this place!

5 Stars I want to sincerely thank the entire team at the clinic, but especially the young woman at the front desk who showed incredible kindness and professionalism. I came in with severe pain and a dental infection, and she immediately understood it was an emergency. Even though their schedule was fully booked, she didn’t turn me away or make me wait. She went above and beyond to get me in to see the doctor within minutes. That kind of compassion and humanity means more than words can say.

The doctor was also caring, clear, and efficient — I felt safe and respected throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find a place where people truly care about your health and well-being, not just your teeth. Thank you for treating me not just as a patient, but as a person. I’m deeply grateful, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent and compassionate dental care.

Excellent place would recommend. My hygienist Hai was incredibly friendly and professional and helped me calm my nerves ( I don't like dental procedures!) and both my Dentists were very friendly and professional as well ( I can't remember their names unfortunately).

Very clear about what needed to be done, what my insurance covers, and booked my appointments a reasonable time frame out. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone with dentist needs or anyone with anxiety about going to a dentist!
