I took my daughter for the first time here, and we were waiting for about an hour to be attended. Once we were attended she wanted to go get a toy but the front desk lady said she could get one once she got done with her appointment and if she listened. So my daughter put the two toys back which was understandable. Then she went back with the lady to clean her teeth and she was being very unprofessional. I just wanted her to be done with my child so we could leave.

After she was done with her, my daughter ran really happy towards the toy box and it wasn’t there anymore. I got really upset seeing her little smile fade because she didn’t get a toy after being done how they told her so. First and Last time coming here.

daniela had a very rude tone and she shouldn’t be working with kids if she doesn’t understand how to communicate with them. whole time had a blant rude attitude and acted like if she was forced to work would not recommend to go with her.

This place plays phone games. Tried calling on and off for 2 hours to be on hold each time in “position 1” for having your call answered. Each time it was “answered” you could hear a brief pick up, and then went right back to being on hold. Sat on hold for over 10 minutes to be answered in Spanish. When I asked to make an appointment the lady’s says “oh you didn’t ask for translation services?” I’m like no….

You get asked when you call to push 1 or 2. . 1 is for 17 and older , and pushing 2 is for 17 and younger… there’s no option for translation in that phone call… what a joke. They play games every single time I have ever called to set an appointment up.

The front staff was very helpful and are great at personally answering the phones. The doctors there are very thorough, kind, calming, and gentle. Dr Finn is doing an exceptional job with both myself and my son who has many different abilities and needs that extra attention. The dental staff are excellent. I am very impressed with this whole family dental clinic.
