I made an appointment last month and unfortunately had to cancel and reschedule an appointment for Feb 20th at 4pm apparently they now have a NEW POLICY that if you cancel or no show you are now being put on STANDBY for two appointments meaning you have to go to those two appointments even though they aren’t appointments and wait to see if they will see you and that sounds ridiculous because LIFE happens and you can’t always make an appointment and not only that when you call to reschedule no one tells you that these are standby appointments meaning it’s not a real appointment but rather you have to go and sit there and see if someone will miss there appointment and if you don’t go you are put on two more standby appointments this is a PUNISHMENT even if they say it isn’t ! Me and my Family have been coming to this clinic since it was called the smile center and as of today we will no longer be patients !!! Also teach your front desk how to respond better rather than give blank faces with no words on how to explain your POLICY that has been in place since forever

My experience was great. The dental hygienist Hanna was awesome. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. Dentist Rice was very helpful and let me know what the next steps are. I am very grateful for these two because I am frightened every time I go to the dentist. 🦷

I had a full set of dentures made here and the staff was amazing, from the xrays you finally fitment i am very happy I found them. I recently had a root tip that had been left in my mouth by another dentist 5 yrs ago become infected and after 3 days of misery they got me an appt and this amazing dentist cut, dug and drilled it out. I forgot her name but she is amazing!! 5 full 🌟 thanks doc

Went for my 2:00 p. m. appointment today for my son that I had scheduled the day before we got there at 1:40 p.

m. today so we could check in and be readily available for the dentist…well that did not happen; they then changed my appointment time to 2:30 p. m.

and didn’t tell me until I started to get impatient as I watched a ton of people that walked in after me be seen at 2:45; they still didn’t come get us!! So we left; they then decided to call me once they saw I left…there is a policy now that if you cancel or no-show you are now being put on STANDBY for two appointments meaning you have to go to those two appointments even though they aren’t appointments and wait to see if they will see you…no one tells you that these are standby appointments; you literally wait around forever until you finally wait long enough to say something to them THEN THEY WILL FINALLY TELL YOU YOU’RE ONLY A STANDBY APPOINTMENT meaning it’s not a real appointment but rather you have to go and sit there and see if someone will miss their appointment and if you don’t go you are put on two more standby appointments…it was a complete waste of time that I could have used to actually be seen on time…now I am looking into a different dental place so that my son is guaranteed to be seen at his scheduled time. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will not be going back…
