DA is fine for cleaning and general dental care. The oral surgery department scheduling is abysmal. I was seeing Dr Cunningham for basic checkups on my gums. My first appointment was 40 minutes late.

My second appointment was cancelled day of due to a surgery going over time. My third appointment, I waited for 30 minutes only to be told it would be another 40 so I had to be rescheduled. This clearly shows a systemic problem with scheduling in the department.

This review is specifically about Dr. Frankmann, the pediatric orthodontist. He is hands down the best pediatric provider I have ever worked with. He is kind, caring, gentle, interested and honest. He genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare these days.

There have been several times that my son has had issues with braces after leaving the office and Dr. Frankmann has made effort to get him in ASAP, even coming in after hours to fix an issue. He has called me personally to check on my son after issues have occurred. If you are looking for an orthodontist for your child, hands down Dr. Frankmann is the BEST!

Spoke with someone back in August and had an appointment scheduled for a root canal. Had to cancel due to work. Called last week sometime and spoke with someone who said I never had an appointment or been a patient there before. I told her the exact day and she acted as if I was lying. She stated would send my referral over to the person who handles those appointments, and they would reach out to me.

Called back today and spoke with someone stating the DR there does not accept outside referrals. Tried to provide with another location and I wanted this location specifically. Does not make sense if I was scheduled back in August what the difference would be now. ? This is so unorganized and ridiculous.

My hygiene appointment this past Monday was great! Beth is very good at what she does. Unfortunately, DR Lukats' assistant, she has grey hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I would give Beth 4 stars. Hopefully the assistant doesn't treat ALL her patients this way.
