I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years due to some life‘s challenges!! My teeth needed some loving care and attention without judgment! The staff treated me beautifully to get me back on track toward a healthy mouth. They were so very, very, very nice! Not judgmental at all!!

The facility itself is lovely and the front desk staff was very kind and professional. The submit button on the intake tablets, however, did not work. So I had to complete my paperwork 3 times. The nurse who took my X-rays was very rough and gave little explanations but made it seem like I was the problem and being too sensitive. The dental hygienist on the other hand was gentle and took the time to explain the process to me.

My actual dentist, came in just as fast as she left out. After my exam I think she was trying to be kind and not overwhelm me (giving benefit of the doubt) but she downplayed how much dental work I actually need. Followed that with “if you you have any dental questions I'm your girl” but then swiftly exited before I had a chance to ask any. It was only when the business admin came in to talk payment that I was told how much work I needed done. Now that I know what to expect, I will go back.

But I’ll request another dental nurse and probably email the actual dentist my questions post appointment. I wish they would slow things down a bit for new patients. My first impression was it felt like a drive through dentistry.

I’ve been looking for a new dentist so I decided to give this new office a try. I booked an appointment for August as a new patient. For the last several weeks I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to see if I could receive an earlier appointment. On my day off I decided to drop by in person on Friday, July 11th only to discover the office was closed. No sign posted and no recording to alert patients the office is closed.

Please keep in mind that the office hours on the website lists the dental practice is open on Friday from 7 AM-4 PM. The time is 9:51 AM and the office is locked tighter than Fort Knox. I rate the customer service and accessibility way below average. If I can’t receive quality customer service, it makes me think twice about giving this office a try.

The best dentist experience. Great check in process. Lovely staff that knows their stuff. Great communication throughout the appointment what was being done and what needs to be done. Excellent follow up on things from the insurance company. Highly recommend
