Whole family has been going to this dental practice for years. Had previously been a good experience…but getting hard to schedule and after this most recent experience, we definitely need a new place. At 2:58 on a Sunday, I confirmed that we’ll be there for a 3:30 appt Monday (more than 24 hours notice) — they then text me that they AUTO CANCELLED ME. I had lined up someone to help drive my daughter to this appointment after school tomorrow.

As a working mom, juggling schedules is tough and I don’t want to be auto cancelled. Now we’re out of luck. I need a new dentist who cares.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come here for a cleaning! The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They take the time to explain everything and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. My cleanings have always been thorough, and I leave feeling confident in my dental health. I’ve been going here for years now and they’re top-notch. I had a few bad experiences with dentists when I was younger and these guys were the ones that got me back on track. Staff is friendly and organized, facility is clean. Dr. Alkhwekhi is the man. I felt like he explained everything as we were going along with my root canal and made it as pleasant as possible. Great team.
