This place is awful. The secrataries are incompitant and the dentists rotate constantly so you never know who youbate going to get. I have had a lot of work done, tooth extraction, crown, filling and everytime something went wrong. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

This was my Aunt Sharon’s first time visiting this dental office and she had a very nice experience! From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor, everyone was very warm and welcoming!

Someone named Katie just hung the phone up on me today. I was politely explaining the issue I had with Linda at the end of last year and "the person on the phone said, "I'm not going into that and hung up. " I called back and apologized if I offended her. However, I don't think the staff is equipped to handle complaints. I am a social worker by trade and have never known so many rude people in my life. There a few very nice people (most young people, especially the Puerto Rican/ American lady. . . I forgot her name but she is lovely) who work at the front desk. However, my whole family (4 individuals) went to this dental center.

At the end of last year I had a Saturday appointment and was trying to figure out how I was going to pay the copay. I though I had enough money but realized on Saturday that I didn't. I called Linda and asked if I could pay later, please keep in mind that I didn't have a balance and have being going to them for approximately 2 years. My husband is no longer in the home due to no fault of my own and I pay a whole mortgage by myself. I explained this to Linda and she told me that I knew about this well ahead of time. Due to the fact that this involved my child's dental care, I cried. Linda is very cold. She would not allow me to speak to the dentist. Later, I received a bill for $50. 00 because I had missed the appointment that Linda said I could not go to because I did not have the $80.

00 to pay that day. Please keep in mind that all my dental bills were paid before then,, including a $100 extra that I had to pay because the dental hygienist forgot to check to see if my insurance paid it. I politely told her it was "ok" and paid it. Too bad no mercy was shown on me. I cried so hard that day because it hurt me so badly. I'm going to pray for Linda and that dental Office. They are rough.
