I would not recommend. I visited this office on 04/25/24. Instead of an X-ray, photos of my teeth was taken with an iPhone. Strange. Never had that done before. I was told it was easier to upload digitally. Referral was given to have a root extracted that was preformed on 06/17/24. This dentist office was unable to provide x-rays they claim they took (w/iphone) to the oral surgeon. The front desk contacted Terry Lemon’s dental several times and each time received x-rays from 2022 from a prior dental office.

The oral surgeon did his own x-ray without a charge due to Terry lemon’s office inability to provide c-rays they preformed on 4/25/24 (my insurance company deserves a refund and I have contacted my insurance on this matter). My intensions was to get my root pulled, straighten my teeth get braces (they only offer Invisalign), then implants. They appear to be very nice and friendly talking through what I want my end result to be. Shortly there after, without any steps being completed, they charged my insurance for Invisalign. . I called my insurance when I realized they paid the claim. I explained the Oder things are supposed to happen. If you count the x-ray they couldn’t supply the oral surgeon, this is the second time my insurance was charged for services not rendered. Going through my email this morning to find another claim submitted to my insurance for oral treatment performed 06/01/24.

The problem is, I haven’t been to Terry Lemon’s dental since 04/25/24. Called my insurance again to let them know I haven’t been to Terry lemon’s dental since 4/25/24 and based on everything that has transpired I will not return. . This is a perfect example why you shouldn’t trust google reviews. Google reviews is why I walked in on 04/45/24. Moving forward I will seek a dentist based upon word of mouth referrals only.
