I was a new patient. Scheduled a dental cleaning. I was the first appointment of the day and it was still 10 minutes late when they called me back. The X-ray machine was broken and I was not told for 45 minutes into my appointment that they would not be able to do the cleaning in the appointment because they “didn’t have enough time. ”Mind you my appointment I was told was for 90 minutes when I scheduled it and arranged childcare. All they did was take some images and did some”probing” with a scraping tool.

Not a single toothbrush not even any water on my teeth. No cleaning. And it took 1. 5 hours! So I wasted my time and money for someone to tell me I need to schedule a cleaning, well I am sorry I was under the impression that I had scheduled one. I have 2 retainers, too and bottom, and they did not ask me to put them on to see the fit which has never happened. Every dentist always wants to check the fit.

I also want to note that I made sure they removed the X-ray machine from my bill since it was broken so I will update this post if they end up charging me for it. We will see what comes back from insurance 🙄 never had a dentist experience like this in my 30 years. Never going back again. EDIT: I called the number in their response on three separate days about a week ago and still have not heard a response back. It is not a customer service number it is the front office, the same number I called to schedule the appointment. They have not returned my voicemail 🙄

All employees have an Excellent personality. Clinic is very clean lots of knowledge on all new equipment. Love it transfer My dental history to this new facility . You will love it no surprise bills your told all not payed by insurance and the dates for new treatments and everything to pay date. this is better than going to free cleaning and next visit your bill if any.

I've just completed my first year of services with this Dentist. We moved here last year and I had to find a Dentist. They are welcoming, thorough, gentle and offer a comfortable space from the waiting room to the Dental chair. Plenty of parking, too, and convenient location.

New patient. Didn’t wait long. Wonderful dental hygienist (can’t remember her name). Great prices. Nice clean office. Plenty of parking. Very thorough. Professional and friendly.
