This team doesn’t give two shits about their patients! I had an appointment on March 24th. I received a text on March 23rd that they had no hygienist and they cancelled the appointment. Tried calling back several times in April, no answer. Finally got an appointment May 15th to be told I wasn’t covered under Delta Dental. Got home moments later, called Delta Dental & I am covered.

The whole team, including the dentist himself, behind the desk were smirking at me the whole time I was in the lobby because I “had no insurance”. BULLLLL!!! Very unprofessional!!!! Then, they lied & told me they were “working off a list” of people they had to cancel in March due to not having a hygienist available. They had the whole MONTH OF APRIL TO FIND A HYGIENIST!!! A TOTAL LIE!!!!! There was no list !!!!!!!! Today, they were “busy” although I was the only one there. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with this rinky dink place!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I called to ask if your office took my insurance. I was told to make an appointment first. Then you would check. I did as I was asked. Then I was told I would get a call before the appointment if you did not take my insurance, i did not receivea call. I made it to your office early , filled out a bunch of paperwork, then sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Then i was told you did not take my insurance.

Next I was told I could pay in cash if I wanted. Why would I do that? I have insurance. I feel i was brought in made to fill out paperwork and wait just so you could try to get me to pay cash. It was a waste of my time and my broken tooth is still broken. . . nothing but a headache!!!

They were so nice! I had really nasty cavities in my front teeth and they didnt even make it a big deal! They helped tremendously and got those filled, brought my confidence back! They pulled a broken wisdom tooth and it was a very painless process!! Bonus points: they took adult Molina insurance 😊

I was beyond pleasantly surprised at how caring, compassionate, wonderful the staff and dentist was! I have struggled going to the dentist because of very bad dental visits. This office made me feel very different and at ease. I am very grateful to have found this dentist office. Getting a tooth pulled is never fun, but they at least made it easier!
