Came here for an emergency appointment was in extreme pain. After the dentist took a look he quickly came up with the solution to relieve the pain I was having. . I've been to many dentists and had shots in my mouth and this dentist was very gentle and informative with everything he was going to be doing which is greatly appreciated considering when you're at a dentist you don't really get to see what's going on in your mouth.

After the procedure was done the dentist made sure I had the proper tools for aftercare with ibuprofen being one of them. I would come here again. Friendly and helpful dentist Dr. Omar

The staff was incredibly nice, so polite & made me feel so comfortable. I forgot her name but i believe it was Shelby (i believe she was the hygienist), she was so awesome. And very helpful. 🤍

10/10 I haven’t been in a while but I went today for a routine teeth cleaning that was past due. There is a new dentist there and I actually did not recognize any staff from the last time I was here over a year ago. I was very pleased with the service. Very nice people! Office staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was at first told I had a co-pay for my visit and I made it aware that I could not afford a co-pay today and that my insurance should have covered everything. After less than five minutes they updated everything and I had no co-pay. My wait was short (less than 10 mins) which I was very surprised about because I’ve always waited 20+ minutes at the dentist. Once I got back into the chair, the tech did X-rays which were fast and easy.

The hygentist cane in right after and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she did before she did it AND gave me tips and advice on how to keep up on my oral hygiene. (Things nobody else has ever told me) The dentist cane in right after my cleaning to check things out and he also explained everything very well even though the hygienist did an extremely well job. 10/10 recommend with the new staff here. I was thinking about recommending family members before I left the office. WHEN I left, my vehicle wouldn’t start and I needed a jump. They we’re closing. My phone was dying and in 1% so I went back inside.

The receptionist asked if I was waiting for a ride and I told her what was going on. She willingly stayed with me and tried to help me jump my vehicle. (Neither one of us knew what we were doing) lol but her kindness and willingness to stay and attempt to help me still was so kind and I appreciated it so much: eventually, I was able to get in contact with a family member who came to help me and the receptionist asked me if I was sure I was going to get help because she didn’t want me to be waiting in the cold too long. I assured her and she went on her way. My uncle came to help less than 5 minutes after that and I was able to get home safely. The new staff is just so nice and kind. They made me feel comfortable during my visit and by showing compassion about my situation, that was very nice of the receptionist bc she did not have to do all that. So sweet bless her heart! 💕🥹😇

Edit of my initial review, I had a much better experience the next visit. Shorter wait time, and was in and out quickly and though care. The negative first: long wait 2hours total (mostly waiting time) for: X-rays, hygienist (exam only), and dentist exam. Was told my gums are bad but I do all the things right. . up charging, was attempted to be sold on things I have been using already for a year now water pick flosser, oral b professional toothbrush, and medicated tooth paste and mouthwash.

(Still flossing as well) They must actually not be doing much for me. Pros: everyone did seem fairly nice: front staff did apologize for the wait and thank my patience which was great, they were lovely. The dentist talked things out with me and showed me things he was talking about on the X-ray, shared concerns and plans of care thoughtfully. The hygienist seemed nice over all as well. May give another shot and update.
