Dr. Rorman is the best dentist. I was his patient for 10 years. Before I met him, I bounced from office to office because I couldn’t find a dentist I liked. He’s great at his job, which is a huge plus, being that someone who works with teeth should be very skilled at what they do; again he’s the best. We’ve filled cavities, added a bridge, Invisalign, whitening, many X-rays and cleanings…. On top of all of that, he has such a great personality.

He’s funny, witty, sometimes sassy, and he sounds like an adult Bart Simpson. I’ll never be able to replace this amazing person. If you have the opportunity to make him your dentist, do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks, Tim for the 10 years of amazing dentistry. You’re sorely missed in San Diego.

This dentist office is the best office I have ever been to. More than satisfied with the customer service and staff as well as the quality of work. The doctor is hilarious and the staff acts like family. Every time I go down there I feel more than welcome and always leave in a good mood.

Offices lied saying I had ridiculous amounts of teeth work to be done and it took some searching but this dentist is totally honest and that’s what I appreciate the most. Now I can look in the mirror and love my smile. Thanks to the doctor and staff for being professional, honest, and funny in each encounter. I would give this place a ten star review if I could!! Thank you guys!!!!

Since the business wants to lie and retaliate against me for providing a factual and honest review that showed an example of unprofessional and rude employees at this location, I'll go ahead and provide more information. First and foremost, they are extremely difficult to book an appointment. I spent 10 minutes trying to book an appointment and the guy had no clue what he was doing. He tried to claim my insurance wasn't an insurance company when I'm literally holding my insurance card reading him my network name, member ID, etc.

etc. Just because this guy has no clue what he is doing doesn't make my insurance company not an insurance company, which it is, you can google it, it is literally the largest NV dental network that exists, i dunno maybe he hasn't used a computer before or maybe he is new and just has no experience with insurance yet. I literally read my insurance card to this guy multiple times and he couldn't figure it out. After 10 minutes of this guy being rude and having 0 understanding of how to book an appointment, I hung up.

I'm surprised i lasted 10 minutes being as patient as i was with this guy with his poor attitude. It would also be a HIPAA violation to start posting my insurance like he did in his response to my last honest and factual review of this business, so hopefully he doesn't do another HIPAA violation because this time it will be reported.

Best dental experience I have ever had! Thanks Timothy Rorman. Got set up with a appointment in one day for my first visit and was able to get a deep cleaning the same day!! Painless procedure, great personality and he interacts throughout the whole process. He changed my mind about going to the dentist.

I literally use to run away from the pain at other centers & dodge scheduling appointments. Thanks again and staff was very helpful.
