Dr pettisani seems like a competent dentist, the staff has cancelled 3 of my last appointment s ,the last time I had to spe60$ in transportation costs , oh you find out that my appointment was cancelled after receiving a text message asking me to confirm, each time I had to stop my blood thinners and take a round of antibiotics .I'm trying to work with his practice but my efforts are futile

Don’t waste your time, kept cancelling my daughter’s appointments, we weren’t made aware until we showed up. Very unprofessional staff, never answer the phones, just do yourself a favor and find a better dentist.

After a week of calling to speak to billing and consistently being cut off while on hold, I drove to the office and spoke with the office manager and Dr. Pettisani. Both were very sweet and apologetic. I truly believe it was phone problem and not the office staff. While I was there Irina reviewed with me my bills, my payments, and my insurance payments for the substantial amount of dental work I had received that year.

Irina was knowledgeable about my account. She was very patient when answering my questions and the issue was resolved. I continue to recommend Dr Pettisani. He's a great dentist with a great office staff.
