I did a ton of research into different local dentist offices before finding Dental Care of Waterford. The reviews I read helped me make my decision to choose this practice.

The front desk staff are so kind, helpful, and very personable! The hygienist made sure that I was comfortable, knew what was going on at all times during my visit, and was very kind as well! Dr. Alpert was also very kind! He made sure I understood everything that had to be discussed and that I left his office with all of my questions answered! I will definitely be returning to this practice and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist! They really make sure that the patient is comfortable and cared for at all times during the visit!

This is such an amazing dentist office. Dr. Alpert and his team are so nice and knowledgeable, I won’t go anywhere else. They are so great with people with dental phobias, and make their patients feel comfortable and anxiety free.

I went here for a cleaning and a cavity filling. The filling came out yellow, which they refilled at no cost and said it was likely contaminated during the first filling. However, during the replacement of the yellow filling, they filed down my tooth too much causing a small gap and the tooth to be uneven and sharp. I also now have major sensitivity on the spots they filled my cavities.

Outside of my poor experience, the building had a persistent musty smell which was unpleasant and left a lingering smell on my clothes. I won’t be returning here.

My retainer broke yesterday, they were able to see me this afternoon and find a solution without me needing to see a specialist! This team is awesome!
