Amazing experience. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the assistants and the doctor were very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend this office.

First, when u was taken back to the room, I was told I had to have x-rays done due to the past periodontal deep clean I received. At that time I ask if that was covered by insurance, the tech answered without any checking or researching and said yes(waiting to see what my Insurance EOB gonna say. Second, when I was set up for the xray it did not work so I had to wait for system to reboot. Third, the actual dentist cleaned my teeth and it done so fast! The dentist was done with the cleaning less than 5 minutes. Not sure where the hygienist was at who normally does the cleaning.

Fourth, when I went to check-out, the front desk told me I had a copay. My insurance pay 100% for 6 months cleaning. I checks my coverage before my appointment. I feel this dental office charges they patients for services they do not render.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel the friendliness of the office. Even if you are afraid of dentists, the atmosphere and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff will set you at ease. They are so personable and on my second visit they knew me.
