I’m a new patient and they got me on the schedule right away! Even though it was first thing in the morning, the staff was so kind when I came in. They ran into some technical difficulties getting my paper work into the system but computers are glitchy sometimes and they were really great about fixing the issue.

Again, friendly staff, they’re efficient, and I plan on continuing to use them as my dental provider. Be kind to the front desk ladies, they are sweethearts!

I am writing this review in extreme pain and with profound disappointment regarding my experience with the new dentist, Dr. Patil Alexandra Aleks. Previously, this was my favored dental office, and I would have given five stars. However, since Dr. Aleks took over, the quality of care has plummeted to an unacceptable level. My recent visit for a painful tooth has turned into a nightmare. Dr. Aleks was utterly uncaring and failed to treat me with dignity or respect.

She did not adequately address my pain or properly manage my situation. When referring me to an oral surgeon to have my tooth pulled, she critically failed to communicate the severity of my condition. I later learned from the oral surgeon's office that Dr. Aleks did not even document that my case was an emergency or that I had an infection – she simply noted it as an "interrupted tooth. " This severe lapse in communication and care has had devastating consequences. I was given incorrect information for the referral, and to this day, three days later, no one has called me from the referred office. My pain is now excruciating, and the infection has significantly worsened, all because of the negligence of this new doctor. Nothing has been resolved, and I am still suffering immensely.

It's truly heartbreaking because the staff members are perfect, pleasant, and very friendly. It's a sad situation that they are forced to bear the brunt of patients' pain and anger because the doctor herself is inaccessible and seemingly unwilling to communicate directly with patients. I strongly urge anyone considering this dental practice to be extremely careful and never go there as long as Dr. Patil Alexandra Aleks is the attending dentist. Your health and well-being are at risk.

Great Place to go! I’ve been going here for 2 or 3 decades. It has gone through a lot of changes. Staff I have known have either retired or moved on, including a recent change of ownership. I’m happy to say that I am very pleased with it’s new incarnation and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my life! Even compared with previous visits to this same location. Everyone was VERY friendly and personable! And imagining how many clients they see on a regular basis, I was very impressed by their friendliness! Definitely worth recommend!
