Receptionists super super rude, laughed at me, I have two abscesses broken teeth and I’m immune suppressed, so I was asking questions about establishing here, they said I can’t because I already have another regular dentist, in which I was confused because I’ve had wisdom teeth removed here whilst having another dentist, I asked what could I do to make them my main dentist as the one I see I’ve only seen once or twice, she laughed at me and said “ i don’t know how many times I have to explain the same thing” never again. You’re why people have anxiety to go to the dentist.

This place is a joke! I went in inquiring about having some teeth removed and getting dentures (I had 4 broken teeth and 4 cracked ones). They subjected me to a very painful cleaning and debridement (months of pain and sensitivity after). The hygienist ignored my complaints of pain and actually told me to sit still. The dentist was rude and refused to discuss my want for dentures. She then told me she wanted to "save" the cracked teeth and that I would need a root canal.

They wanted me to come back for another cleaning in 6 months. Well, within 6 months, those teeth she wanted to "save" are broken off at the gum, and I have 2 more cracked teeth. I am in more pain now than I was before I went there. Why would you want to save broken and cracked teeth when the patient is requesting dentures?

Edit 05/30/2025: They changed their dentist who does fillings and she is AMAZING! I had questions the whole time, I'm very curious and love to ask questions about how/why stuff works and she answered all my questions very happily. I had 2 fillings done and will need to have a root canal, which unfortunately they don't do, but I was reassured I shouldn't be in pain while explaining why she was numbing me in a specific spot. She took her time and explained what she was doing. On top of all of this, she had me giggling throughout the whole appointment! I had one brief moment where there was slight pain whilst cleaning my tooth that needs the root canalI have been terrified to go to the , but that tooth is already sensitive, other than that, no pain. She also explained why thr bottom teeth are more likely to have pain while fillings and made sure I was entirely numb before starting.

I was extremely scared of the dentist because of their previous one, I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she is very lovely. Staff is much more friendly now and I actually feel I'm getting the care I need here. The office is very clean and the wait time isn't usually too bad, the longest I had to wait to be called back is around 10 minutes instead of 20+ minutes. I am actually looking forward to going back to have the rest of the fillings I need done and future cleanings! Super upset, frustrated, and disappointed. This is the only place near me that I could find that would accept my insurance.

I went in for fillings, received 8 shots of novocain and was still in immense pain. A week later I had to go back in because the fillings weren't brought down enough and I couldn't chew on that side or speak much from pain. Two weeks after that I had to go back for the same problem. Now a week later I have to go back AGAIN because the filling has already chipped.

I would never recommend this dental clinic. The staff is disrespectful and rude. Shows no ethical standards or principals in their practice. Discriminate towards patients. Ignores patients at reception is counter or phone calls.

The false accusations and lies they tell to drop patients and especially over minors. Staff has no respect, honesty, Guidance or values with their business. Worst dentist office ever.
