I just had a tooth extracted and I may as well have been a corpse lying there. The staff in this place are so unwelcoming and COLD. I sobbed all the way home, as I felt so inferior by the way the dental team neglected to talk to me at all. I am a retired critical care nurse and my main objective was being attentive and comforting to my patients. That is the PRIOITY when you have a human being in your "chair. " It is upsetting to have to lose a tooth. There was zero direction through the procedure and when I mentioned that I would like someone to talk and tell me what's happening, someone else came on scene to assess the situation. .

. . give me a break. It's very scary having ppl drilling, prodding in your personal space and failing to tell you what they are doing as they do it. I guess mediocrity and low integrity is fine by them. That is what you provided! If you are in healthcare, minimally, there should be a warm demeanor. Let me help you all. .

The young guy dentist was very unprofessional and immature , he didn’t even introduce him self, never asked how I was feeling while he was pulling my teeth out, and the tool kept slipping and he kept hitting my other teeth. And after he was done pulling my teeth out he didn’t say anything and just left….

It was a disappointing experience he was very cocky and immature…. and no bedside manner , he rushed the appointment … and I still don’t even know what his name is

My experience at Dental Clinics North was not amazing by any means. I had some root canals done and it took nearly 9 months to complete altogether. And a total of 6 appointments at just their office. This is incredibly excessive and a waste of my time and money. They don’t prioritize their patients or even consider their lives.

I had a temporary crown in for a month because they “couldn’t get me in”. I left with cement on my lips and all inside my mouth one time that wasn’t cleaned off and they did my impression wrong so the whole prep had to be redone. I won’t be going back. The staff was friendly and gave communication when I asked for it.
