I would honestly not recommend to ANYONE. The male Dentist/doctor Shonikert was VERY ignorant and arrogant. Didn’t show any compassion for patients. Didn’t listen to anything the patient wanted. Tried giving me more than what I needed with low level success rate.

My dental assistant I had FORGOT to get me antibiotics…my girlfriend had to be the one to say something about needing them in order for them to say “oh ya you should probably get on some” FOR REAL?!?! One of the most disrespectful places I’ve ever been to. It’s all about the paycheck for that male dentist. It’s not about his patients anymore and it shows. Headquarters really needs to do an investigation on them before someone dies because of their neglect.

I 100% recommend this place! I have not been to the dentist in years and have had a severe fear of the dentist. I went for the first time today after many years and decided to try dental clinics north they made my experience so wonderful! They explained everything they were going to do as far as x-rays in the cleaning. They were kind and compassionate. They took the time to sit with me and talk to me while waiting for the dentist, so I was not just waiting alone.

I can’t say enough nice things about them. And I no longer have a fear of the dentist. They do Schedule out quite far however, it’s understandable Because of their excellent service, I can see why so many people want to go to them thank you dental clinics north

DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE ON MEDICAID. I made an appointment back in March of 2024 for my November 4th appointment. I got a reminder text in October and then a confirmation text a few days later which I immediately confirmed November 1st I got a voicemail from the office that said "Hello, this is Dental clinics north we are trying to reach Mary. We are calling because Mary's on our schedule for Monday, November 4 at 2:50 PM.

It appears the appointment has already been confirmed but as of today your insurance is inactive and this would be an out-of-pocket cost. Call back if you have any questions our phone number is 231-932-7316. " I didn't call because I had no questions and I planned on paying out of pocket. I knew I was in-between insurances and I had been waiting SEVEN MONTHS to be seen! I showed up to my appointment and they told me they removed me because I was on Medicaid and it was no longer active and people on Medicaid usually no show when they have to pay out of pocket.

The front desk also blamed the texting software they use saying it's just not good?? No you canceled my appointment with NO NOTICE, BECAUSE I WAS ON MEDICAID AND YOU ASSUMED I COULDN'T ADFORD IT. Avoid this office at all costs!!!

I got a cleaning done by Chelsea and she was amazing! Very gentle and took her time. The assistant Katrina was wonderful doing my X-ray and Dr. Madion did a thorough exam after my cleaning. Highly recommend this office!
