I've been through hell and back with what's been going on with my teeth at 53 years old. This office has had to deal my cleanings to fillings to caps that don't fit and then all the way to having to get all my teeth pulled and full dentures. I've been quite a brat and super emotional through this whole process and the staff is like none other than I've ever dealt with. They are Beyond just medical knowledge, they are phenomenal when it comes to Healing your emotions and pain.

I've cried, bitched and I've yelled and they still been there to comfort me. From immediate appointments to me being late or not showing up they've always accommodated me. The doc has had to deal with 20 different questions every time I come in that I probably asked five times already . He just keeps working with me until I'm happy, which isn't what most would do.

Bottom line, this office is not only super knowledgeable in their Dentistry, but you'll never find another group people they care about the process you're going through. Anyone who gives this place a bad rap, should take a look at their own actions first. I had to. Dealing with your teeth is very sensitive issue and we should all stop and

I wouldn't recommend coming here or to sterling area dental center. Their employees are beyond rude. I had an appointment for my daughter made over a year ago, already got that day off work, just for dental clinic north to cancel me. They said they were booking another year out? For a teeth cleaning? Are u serious, but if I cancel the appointment or need to reschedule an appointment, you receive letters of them threatening to dismiss you from their practice. I'm sorry but the road works both ways and if I'm not allowed to call in, neither is the dentist! I refuse to bring my children there! This is the last time I'm letting a dentist do this to my family and I.

This is not my first rodeo having a find another dentist, so ur threats don't bother me. Might I mentione this isn't the first time they have canceled on me. I can't just come in on an emergency list, I do work a scheduled work week. I made an appointment and worked my day around them, I expect the same. If I had known this was going to happen I would have let the schools dental bus see them.

But every time i did that, dental clinics would complain. Probably because they don't get paid for it. Least the dental bus is more consistent than they are!

I’d suggest never going here…after 3+ years of patience with them messing up the crown on my front tooth making it to where my tooth is falling out of my mouth as I am walking out of the building to making fun of my teeth during a cleaning, I will be finding another dentist. Very unprofessional people.

I have been going here for years, along with my parents and daughter. I have no complaints except how they make you confirm your appointment or they cancel it on you. They called me to confirm my daughter’s cleaning appt, I could not answer the call because I was at work. They left a voicemail, I listen to it and it says I have to confirm the appt before noon that day, or the appointment will be canceled.

Two minutes later I get a call from them saying they canceled my daughter’s appointment. I looked at the time I received the first call ( I had to call before noon) and it was 12:18. How am I supposed to call before noon when they called me at 12:18?!?! I have never experienced anything like this place.
