If I can give 0 stars I would. The dental hygienist MELISSA called to tell me that she was not waiting for my husband because and I quote “ she has a prior engagement. ” Furthermore she just spoke over me the entire time while I was trying to explain the situation. I kept having to tell her to be respectful because she was being anything but. We live over an hour away and there was three accidents on route 280 causing my husband to be late for him appointment. We had already spoken to the receptionist to let them know and was told “ okay not problem.

We will see him when he gets here. ” Let me add we are NEW patients!!! Also I work in the medical field myself and if someone in our practice spoke to a patient that way they would be fired on the spot. We will NOT be rescheduling. Do not waste your time, there are plenty of dental practices in the area that are respectful.

I have been coming here for over a decade because the hospitality and sincerity of my well being feels genuine. Starting from the moment you enter the door and u are greeted with a smile from J and Carmen. Next you see t/beautiful Matriarch of the facility Dr. Saad and her handsome husband whose good energy is contagious.

Please believe me when I say the entire staff that I have encountered such as Michelle who I feel really enjoys her duties of cleaning teeth and gives the best advice. Jaime and Jasmine people skills are always on point with being polite and caring. My advice to the reader who is searching for a dentist, look no further because This is definitely the DREAM TEAM DENTAL OFFICE!!! 😊
