Arrived 10:02 for a 10:00 appointment. Front desk person told me that because I didn't confirm my appointment, that it's possible I might have to reschedule. She told me to complete a check in. I said I wasn't going to complete it without knowing for sure if I would be seen. I asked her to find out for sure if I will be seen.

She then started saying most likely I would be seen but to fill out the check in on the tablet. I said, once I know for sure, I will complete it. She then said I will be seen and to complete the check in and that I would have to wait for the dentist because she is with another patient. I asked if she knew approximately how long the dentist would be with that patient she said no. The front office person was rude, argumentative and passive aggressive.

Don't tell me you don't know if I am going to be seen, I will most likely be seen and then I will be seen within a minute, make up your mind. Also, since I showed up on-time for my appointment, you should be able to give me an idea of how long it will take to be seen. Not to mention you all canceled my first appointment a few days before. I'm sure the dentist is good but unfortunately, I will never find out due to the rude front office person.

Dr. Chopra is extremely detail-oriented and knows your chart. She explains your options clearly and directly and answers all questions. She is very accommodating and goes out of her way to help you with scheduling, forms, etc. Thank you!
