A Castro

First time there for my daughter and will never go back. Waiting area is filthy. Floors are cracked, very unsafe-patients can trip and fall. Waited over a hour WITH a scheduled appointment.

Dentist looked sloppy and unclean, she made me feel uncomfortable and wasn’t friendly with my daughter who’s special needs but is a social butterfly. Girls eating their lunch at the front desk and weren’t using scrubs, instead were wearing PINK hoodies. Just terrible!

The cross contamination here is absolutely disgusting! Front office has no clue. One will tell you prior auth is good then you get here and they tell you opposite. Dentist is rude and short when talking with you

I was very displeased with the service I received today. When I initially called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient, I told them who my insurance carrier was, and they said they took my insurance. I come in today for my appointment and had to wait for a while for them to verify my insurance. I was going to reschedule because it was taking too long and I had to go to work. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not seen until around 11:40.

I wear braces and have had my teeth clean by my previous dentist who always did an excellent job. They took their time, asked questions, listen to your concerns, make suggestions and gave me a toothbrush kit each visit. But at my appointment today, there really wasn't any interaction and I didn't feel like my teeth were cleaned properly because I felt it was rushed. The dentist kept hitting my gums with the tool causing pain and water was running all around my neck and face. When they put the polish on my teeth, it felt like they were putting it only on my gums.

They didn't offer anything to rinse my mouth out, so I asked. At that point I was so ready to go and just left. I will not be returning or recommend this dental office.
