If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for me and my daughter her cleaning me an extraction. Not only did I have to sit and wait over an hour, not to mention I drove 30 mins to get there. Just to be told that the female short hair dentist refused my extraction bc she said they don't allow her to pull that late. And refused.

my daughter as well. Never have I ever been treated like that way by a Dr office. refusing to do a service that the appointment was made for.

I chose Dental Dreams in Muskegon because they were able to accommodate my schedule, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. My first visit took over two hours just for X-rays and a new patient exam. The staff were friendly, but the entire office felt completely disorganized. People were literally running around looking for equipment. The assistant who was helping me was kind, but she kept getting pulled in different directions. She started prepping me for X-rays, then disappeared for 30 minutes.

It was chaotic and frustrating. Despite that, I gave them another shot and scheduled a follow-up to fix an old filling. Big mistake. When I arrived, the same disorganized energy was in full swing. Dr. Pebbles numbed me, and then I sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for her to return.

A staff member came in occasionally to say “she’ll be back soon,” but time kept passing with no dentist. Eventually, someone told me it would be another 5–6 minutes. That was the last straw—I walked out. Friendly people or not, the lack of organization and respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

My appointment was at 10:30 am. I stayed until 1:20pm and the dentist did not work on my tooth. I am so disappointed in the service and I will never return again. No update on when I was going to see the dentist. I never had such a terrible experience like this one. The office is unorganized and no helps was seem to help the dentist. All the ladies back there hide .

I really like the dentist. She's good. I will be going back. Hopefully not for an emergency visit. . .

didn't know even with an appointment i would be seen in between standard appointments. I had 2 things done. Very quick and efficient. Probably got them both done in 30-40 minutes tops, but I was there a little over 4 hours. I'll also note that there was nowhere else in the county that could get me in for an emergency appointment next day, so overall it was worth the wait.
