Friendly staff. Waited 1.5 hours patiently before asking front desk more info. They noted 2 more people ahead of me and with some procedures. Approximately 2.5 hours wait time to get a simple cleaning. Totally unacceptable. Management Issue, looks they have have downsized facility and dentist as well to cut on cost. Management doesn't value your time. Recommend seeking new Dental establishment.

this place has become horrible sadly and i been coming here for years. I also had to wait 3 freakin hours just for the doctor to tell me she couldn't do my extraction because they "ran out of the instruments" to perform the surgery...

Need to be professional, the dentist doesn’t explain the patient or show the X-Rays. what he or she need according the X-rays also the aseptic aspect technique does not exist! And her deep cleaning is not deep cleaning it took her only 5 min for 1/2 of left side of my mouth! She does not have any kind of verbal interaction.

(No people skills. ) The installations don’t have the proper equipment in order to provide the dental services!

I don't really do reviews at all but I felt like I had to write one for this situation. I brought my sister for a routine cleaning and the girl upfront kept pressuring us to sign paper work about the procedure that needed to be done which they wanted to remove one of my sisters teeth because it was still one of her baby teeth. We did not sign anything and told them that we knew for sure her teeth are ok and told then that she did not have any baby teeth left and then they quickly took the papers we didn't sign and said that it was a big mistake on their part. Never coming again to this place.

Really unprofessional people work here. I wish I could give 0 reviews.
