1st time going to Dental Dreams. My 15 yr old daughter Aleecia was extremely nervous going to a new dentist. Within 5 minutes of entering office I SWEAR I WAS AT EASE!!! EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE FROM FRONT TO BACK LITERALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY CARE. THAT IS EXTREMELY RARE AT ANY BUSINESS!!! IM USING LARGE CAPITALS BECAUSE I ENCOUNTERED 8 EMPLOYEES EVERY SINGLE 1 OF THEM WAS WELCOMING,SMILING, ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WITH GREAT KNOWLEDGE AND PATIENCE AND I COULD CONTINUE. I WENT TO BACK OFFICE TO CHECK ON MY DAUGHTERS ANXIETY LOL AND OF COURSE HER ORAL HEALTH.

MY DAUGHTER WAS SMILING HAPPY AS HELL EVEN AFTER HEARING BRACES WILL BE NEEDED!!!! THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO INCREDIBLE BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MYSELF. THATS HUGE STEP FOR ME TO TRY A NEW DENTIST. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE. MY DAUGHTER THANKS YOU AS WELL

Very nice and friendly staff. Greatful they can get you in quick and help figure out your issue. The front desk women are extremely kind, Dr N is very nice and gentle and the tech Stephon was very helpful.

Extremely unprofessional. Bunch of unmotivated black women. Was late due to traffic by 7 minutes and I called no answer. So once we arrive she decides to tell me my child’s appointment was cancelled. There was no call provided to me. Then they decide to laugh at that. This establishment needs to hire more staff and let these young women go.
