Best experience at a dental office my son was happy I was pleased very nice kind people the workers as well as hygienist and just overall good experience for him we was in and out in like a half hour to 45 minute not bad at all They make you feel welcome and safe . They are really good with children. I recommend my family school aged kids yes come here .

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is trash. Says “kids and adult” dentist. Appointment was at 1pm for my 2 year olds first visit at the dentist and at this location. Did not call us back until 1:40. I had to sit with a 2 year old who was bored and has behavior problems for over 45 minutes because they were “running behind”. They didn’t tell us about the enclosed toddler area so we didn’t know that was available. There are no signs on the door saying it was a play area for kids. They finally call us back after almost an hour of waiting. The hygienist said she was going to brush my sons teeth but didn’t even attempt to open his mouth and try.

And just said “we don’t have to it’s okay” Umm this is a dentist appointment of course I want his teeth brushed but she did not attempt. My son has a language and speech delay so he does not understand new commands yet. The doctor came in and was asking my 26 month old to “smile” and “open his mouth” I explained to him that he does not understand and that he would have to get a bit more physical and gently open his mouth to look. He declined and referred us to a “pediatric” dentist because he said he could not treat or complete my sons care. He didn’t even attempt to open his mouth. This dentist is supposed to treat kids as well as adults but declined to even try to help my son. After having us wait for an hour then you decline services. My daughter was with us and she had an appointment for the next day. I asked could they just see her instead since they were not able to “treat” my son, they also declined that and said they could not and that she would have to come back at her scheduled visit the next day. This dentist office is trash.

Not professional. This is another one of them low budget Medicaid accepting dentist offices where they don’t truly care about you. Your just another insurance claim to them. They better not try to bill my insurance for my son because I will be reporting them as fraud since they refused services to my son. Then had the nerve to go start helping another patient while I was waiting for him to put notes in the computer on my sons after visit summary. Whole time my 2 year old was restless, crying, kicking and screaming and they didn’t take that into consideration while having me wait another 20 minutes for paperwork. Whole place is garbage and the staff. Never again.

Ne Ne

Even with an appointment, the wait does tend to be long. I do like the dentist for our children here, though. The appointment itself is very fast. The dentist we see is not pushy and is respectful.

Wtf Mfb

Overall good experience for a cleaning was professional ,fast and friendly. Getting x-rays was pretty uncomfortable . I asked if they have smaller bite plates for kids? They said there are some they just don't have them in their facility. There is a play place i forgot to check it out.

. The building was clean and all the staff were nice appeared to be happy and love their jobs. It was fast and easy to get an appointment here . Overall experience was nice
