I am 60 yrs old and this is the first dentist office that I have experienced superb service. There was no extreme waiting period to schedule an appointment, I received a next day appointment after scheduling an appointment for my first visit. I have scheduled my household members all a dentist appointment.

Great experience for a first time! Staff was quick and very friendly. Super accommodating with my infant child having to accompany me. The dentist was very informative and answered every question I had with ease. Would definitely recommend!

Hey everyone my appointment went great and the experience I’m still in pain but still have to take Tylenol until I see an oral surgeon, but she did a good job didn’t feel any pain of the procedure and quick. I just want to say thank and schedule another appointment for them to do the other side. Thanks for caring about my teeth

The dentist on duty on Saturday morning 4/12/2025 nicked me and my son’s gums multiple times while she was cleaning our teeth! I have never had this experience before and I like this dental office. I spoke with the front desk staff and let them know how rough she was, I complained. She can never ever clean our teeth again and honestly I want her license gone I want her fired!! When I got home I was pissed because my son’s tongue was burning when he ate, she nicked his tongue and used the tools vigorously on us.

Had I known she did that I would have probably went off on her so I’m glad GOD showed me when I got home which is 40 mins away. The gums okay because they can heal fast…. but it’s still no excuse that we are simply getting our teeth cleaned and it’s this painful with bleeding! I don’t know if she is new or just negligent, but my lawyer will let me know.

I will be seeking legal advice going further because of her negligence. Do not go to this dentist office ! There are other dental offices in DC please go there! This is why people are afraid of the dentist, just getting a cleaning should not hurt! How the hell did you irritate my son’s tongue like this?? I am highly upset, she was rushing and I plan on following up with this! The photos show our gums bleeding and his tongue irritated! I don’t even leave reviews but this is my child, and she can’t do this to anyone else. Take your child somewhere else!!!!
