I showed up in person to see if they take my insurance and make an appointment. I physically showed them my dental card in person. I was told they take my insurance. I emailed them my dental card and insurance, front and back scans. I double emailed and asked “I just want to make sure you take my insurance”. They tell me they accept my insurance.

I take my pregnant wife to the 9am appointment the next day and they tell me they do not take my insurance. It was a huge waste of time, we took off work and had already paid for parking. The worst part is that they knew before we showed up and didn’t contact us to stop us from coming in. They should be more accountable. 0/5 stars

No stars needed. Your company is the worst I've ever experienced. Your girls don't know what they are doing. They had me going to different location in one day. My medication wasn't even put in when it was supposed have been. And I have stage 4 lung, liver, pelvis and Colin cancer. I had stated to the girl if there was another dentist to see me when one canceled on me.

She sent me to another location, waited an hour filed out all kinds of papers, so they can send me back to the first location which is out of my way. Then get to the Pharmacist, my medication wasn't even put in. I had to go home I was sick. The worst ever. I'm making sure I'm letting people know not to go to your Establishment. I so highly upset.

I would've recommended this place years ago but not anymore. I came here experiencing tooth pain more than a year ago, the Dentist saw me for no longer than 2 minutes and told me I needed a root canal and recommended me to a specialist he recommended. I went to get a second opinion at another Dentist and I got told there was nothing wrong with my teeth, not even a cavity.

I have been going to the new Dentist exclusively and never will be visiting this location ever again.
