I would give NO STARS but that’s not an option. Dr Kalia, the Dentist I saw today had the worst patient manners ever!!! She never once looked at me, nor talked to me. She talked at me.

She barked what her recommendations are and kept repeating “QUESTIONS?”…. I decided to not go back to this location after being a patient there for almost 15 years!!! Dental visits are already scary and to have a dentist that cares ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about her patients makes for a horrible experience!!! No bedside manner, no polite words, just a cold hearted person who acts as if she did me a favor by coming to work… it’s a NO FOR ME

The dentist was amazing ,very kind and had a upbeat personality, so was his dental assistant, not so much the secretary she was upset because I was a walk in wich I called her to ask before I drove that way ,she said it was fine to come in before 4 pm ,I got there at 10:30 am , as soon as I showed her my insurance card she was trying to get me to leave and come the next day ,due to having to verify insurance ,she said you will have to wait 30 minutes to an hour, I was fine with it, she got so angry when she said well if someone comes in you will have to wait until there seen ,mind you I was a dental assistant and it doesn't take 30 minutes all the time ,it can but not usually, she was rude where she said ok give me your card and sit down , I seen her demeanor so I said I'm sorry I am in a lot of pain and have to be seen ,I shouldn't have felt the need to explain again after I told her when I got there I was in crucial pain ,just not right of her being that way .

After reading some of the reviews. I'm so happy that I had Dr. Patel for my visit. She was sweet and gentle plus she took her time and checked my chipped crown and gave me her recommendation for going forward with it. She also checked all of my teeth and explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it... Thank you Dr. Patel.

I went in for a teeth cleaning and didn’t feel like they did a thorough enough cleaning. It was very rushed and the doctor made me feel a little bad about my teeth as I have some issues. They gave me a referral and finished rather quickly.

I felt so unsatisfied that I went to a different dentist to get another cleaning. That dentist recommended me not going back to them as the cleaning was not completed correctly.
