I went to multiple dental offices who had claimed to have been an emergency office and was open. I finally gave up and went to my barbershop for some info on an emergency doctor and found this blessing of an office. I called dental emergency of royal by smile Detroit and Dr McFadden answered with such a great spirit. I told him the problem he said ,"come on in". Once I arrived I was greeted with a welcoming hello from his mother at the front desk. Dr McFadden greeted me in the lobby and we talked about life and my problem. I went in for the exam, the office is beautiful with big screen tvs so you can see all your x rays and pictures.

Once he told me I needed extractions of 10 teeth. He set it up and was done in 5 minutes. Hes a very knowledgeable, humble and skilled doctor. The best I've ever seen. Please listen this is the place to go. He does it all

The moment I stepped into the office I could feel the environment was pure and positive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The assistants were very knowledgeable and comforting setting up for the procedure. Dr. McFadden is definitely one of the best in the industry. I can tell he really cares about his patients and is a real student of his craft.

He has patience and I can tell he really pays attention to detail. He also is great at explaining the process and reasoning behind his method. This allows you to become more comfortable and confident along the procedure. I would definitely recommend this office. Five stars.

Dr. McFadden is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He’s very straightforward in his diagnosis and what he recommends to resolve your issues. The office is clean & the equipment is very modern which seemed to expedite my visit.

From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcomed and well informed. This guy knows his stuff, would definitely recommend him for anyone needing emergency dental work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. McFadden is an absolute professional and a master of his craft. I went in for a tooth extraction, nervous and expecting the worst , , but from the moment I sat down, he and his team made me feel calm, informed, and completely taken care of. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick, and I barely felt a thing. Dr. McFadden walked me through every step with such precision and care, it felt more like a guided tour than a dental procedure.

His confidence and steady hand made all the difference. I could tell I was in the presence of someone who genuinely takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and truly cares about your experience , Dr. McFadden is the one. I’ll never go anywhere else.
