My first and only experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. I requested an estimate and was informed that the actual charges would only be determined after the insurance processed the claim. However, on the day of treatment, I was shocked to be charged nearly double the initial estimate. How could the facility charge me twice as much without knowing the actual cost from the Explanation of Benefits (EOB)? It didn't stop there.

Once the claim was processed, I was billed even more, with the final charges being almost three times the original estimate. I had a few email exchanges with Jen from the billing department, but instead of addressing my concerns, she blamed the insurance company. I would not recommend using this provider.

Wow. I’m so happy I found them! 2 days ago I was in immense pain I mean…. EXTREME pain. I called a hour before they even opened because I was so desperate and hoping they could take me. Well I received a call 30 mins before they opens and Jennifer was so sweet, kind and warm. She assured me they would take care of me said I could go ahead and come in now to do paperwork and she would get me in to be seen. I was called back not long after completing paperwork and Terri the dental assistant was amazing, she was thorough, friend, and overall just made me feel so SAFE.

My Dr. (forgot his name so sorry!, will update once I find out) was suuuuuper patient with me. He kept calm and answered all of my questions. I had some special concerns and he was a great listener. They took great care of me, were so friendly and it was overall an excellent experience. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me that day!
