Extremely Unprofessional — Constant Cancellations I’ve been trying to get a simple filling done at this clinic for months now, and every single week, they cancel my appointment at the last minute. Almost every morning I’m supposed to go in, I get a text saying, “Good morning, sorry we need to cancel your appointment due to the doctor having a medical emergency. ” At this point, it’s just ridiculous. Either the doctor is having the worst health luck in history, or the clinic is seriously mismanaged. That makes absolutely no sense.

I’ve rearranged my schedule so many times to make these appointments, only to have them cancel again and again without any shame or real explanation. It’s extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. If you value your time, sanity, and basic professionalism — go somewhere else.

My visit on 6/18/25 for dental cleaning for my daughter and I, was GREAT, as always! I’ve been coming here with my 2 kids for over 6 years. The staff is very professional and courteous. The Dentists are all very knowledgeable and patient, they take their time when caring for you and they answer any questions you may have.

I would never go anywhere else for dental care. Definitely recommend, 100%!!!
