Dr. Kallur, his assistant, Ms. Jasmine (might have spelled that wrong) & the front desk staff are absolutely lovely. Knowledgeable and helpful. The people at this specific location are amazing.

I have called and called machine says leave your name, number. . I HAVE CALLED since Almost 3 weeks First for the approval of my PROCEDURE I CALLED INSURANCE and Was Confirmed. . on 4/17/25 was APPROVAL The approval TOOK SO LONG BECAUSE OFFICE STAFF NEVER SENT ALL INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDED. FYI. . ANOTHER WEEK IS COMING TO A END. . . Another Beginning of A New Week AND STILL NO CALL BACK LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE. . .

I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional front office staff. Their primary mission seems to be arguing with patients rather than helping them. They never take responsibility and operate under the assumption that the patient is always wrong.

Appointments are frequently changed without proper notice, and you’re expected to accommodate their schedule, not the other way around. Thankfully, I have Dental PPO and am not obligated to continue care here.

Very rude. Not great customer service, good luck getting an appointment because the day of the appointment they cancel. It’s been months. Every single time I have an appointment they call to reschedule and cancel the appointment. I do not recommend coming. Not a great place, it should be shut down.
