Your time is not as important as "Dr. Red's". I was booked for an afternoon appointment to have a tooth filled. I had this appointment because it's "very important" to get these things taken care of as quickly as possible.

Anyway, the day of my appointment, I get a call at 8am at work asking me to move my appointment up to 10am because there were cancellations. I'm sorry, but I have a job and it's hard enough for me to schedule time off, I can't just suddenly tell my boss I'm leaving work 4 hours earlier than I planned. So I'm told that my appointment will probably have to be cancelled (WHAT?). About 5 minutes later I get a second call saying that I have to reschedule, and they tried to book me for two days that I already have work obligations and seemed fairly put-out that I wasn't able to just dump my job for them.

The dentist had decided to go home for the day, apparently to pout that he had cancellations and that I couldn't just change everything to accommodate his schedule. So now my appointment is another month out (guess it's not that important to get my tooth fixed quickly after all, now is it?) Excellent customer service. So, this is probably a great place to go if you don't have a job and can step and fetch at the whims of the dentist.

The entire staff is so nice and personable. The dental hygienist, Kelly is the best! She is so personable and accommodating. I get a lot of anxiety when I get work done on my teeth and she does a lot to make sure I’m comfortable every time. Highly recommend!

Through many decades of service, since Dr. Red fixed a botched root canal to my most recent dental implant, I have received impeccable work from everyone at this office. Dr. Geister has remedied all my issues resulting from childhood neglect and the hygienists have kept things right while always being cordial and cheerful. My wife has had similar experiences with the same doctors and staff throughout this long period.

More recently having specialized work by Dr. Frey that she is most grateful for. Our family members have recently come to this practice and are similarly grateful for their service. Thanks so much to all at Dental Health of Silver Springs!!!

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. They each do great dental work! They communicate clearly and take time to answer questions. Their covid procedures are seemingly complaint as well as thoughtfully implemented. They are a very considerate group of people working there!
