I can't say enough good things about the Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak. If I could give them more stars than five, I would! These folks are understanding, compassionate, friendly, professional and all around good people. Dr. Chady Elhage and his team are simply the best. I had a full mouth restoration with dental implants, and I am completely satisfied and it was money well spent. I did my homework visiting a total five different implant centers. One was not an implant specialist, but a family dentist. Another place I walked into left me standing there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, but I stuck around for an estimate. Two others were so unkept that they looked like a back-alley operation and I didn't enter at all. So I got three prices and all were within $2,000. 00 of each other.

Only the DICRO treated me the way I expected and provided me with clear, concise information and pricing with no games, and no pressure. Boy, I'm glad I chose these guys. I also considered some deals offered by implant centers in Florida that claimed to be about 18K less for what they called teeth in a day, or "one and done". . . really one visit? Don't fall for this! Dr. Elhage and the team at DIRCO have replaced my implants three times as my gums healed. You see, as your gums heal from the surgery, changes take place and the original temporary set may need to be altered / updated with new scans, etc. , to make certain that the final set fit properly before your final set is made. What would I have done if I would have chosen one of those "one and done" places? Who would have made these adjustments? I would have had to fly back to Florida, stay another night or two each time, and this would have all been an additional $$$. So, that savings gets eaten up real fast.

And God only knows what the extra charges per visit would have totaled in the end. Larissa, Rita, Skylar, and all of the front-end people at DICRO are friendly and professional. Mallory, Kala, and the technicians/assistant's are wonderful. Nader (the gent that actually makes the dental prosthetics) is an artist and he took the time to meet with me on several occasions to discuss details, take photos, and make certain I was happy with the fit, color, shading, etc. Not to mention, when I first started to investigate all of this, DIRCO had literally 100"s of five star reviews. There was only one negative review by somebody who was upset because they didn't have regular Saturday hours. Wow! This is a major investment and if you choose your implant specialist based on price alone well, you don't get a do-over. I can't recommend DIRCO highly enough! Thank you Dr. Elhage and the entire DIRCO team!👍👍👍

At first I was very scared and didn’t trust dentist offices due to past experiences but coming to this place they was very helpful gave me a lot of information about my process which I was getting implants i explained my anxiety to them and they was very understanding the process was long but great! I wouldn’t go to any other place my teeth look AMAZING I constantly get compliments and everyone is asking where did I go! Highly recommend this place

When my dentist called them saying I had an urgent need, they took me immediately and solved my problem expertly and with exemplary customer service skills. Hard to make an emergency dental issue pleasant, but they actually did. Humor is a godsend!
