I was a patient for many years and all my dental needs were addressed with truth, efficiency, care, and affordability without feeling "sold to". I moved to Arizona 8 years ago and let me tell you. .

. NO ONE dentist that I can find does a better job than Dr. Murray or his staff. I miss them and their services terribly! All the best to you Dr. Murray!!

After being a patient of Dr. Murray for 20 years, I’ve finally reached the bittersweet moment where I must move on and find a new dentist. I’ve long intended to leave a well-deserved review, and now seems like the right time. My decision to seek out another dentist wasn’t by choice, but rather a necessity, as I moved from Chicago to Vancouver, Canada, in 2021. For the past three years, I’ve struggled to find a new local dentist, choosing instead to fly back to Chicago for appointments with Dr. Murray and his team. In 2003, after years of avoiding dentists due to bad experiences, a dental emergency forced me to visit one. I was fortunate enough to discover Dental Innovations, conveniently located near my home. Little did I know, I had found not only one of the best dentists in Chicago but, in my opinion, one of the best in the world. Over the two decades that I’ve been Dr.

Murray’s patient, he has become more than just a dentist—he feels like a family friend, and he’s even become the dentist for several members of my family. My once extreme fear of dental visits became a thing of the past thanks to Dr. Murray. He made me so comfortable that I’d rather have him work on a cavity than go to work, and I even reached a point where I’d fall asleep in the chair while he worked on my teeth. What I truly appreciate about Dr. Murray and his team is their unwavering commitment to my comfort. They always took the time to explain each procedure in a way that made sense, which helped put me at ease. I also admired his dedication to constantly expanding his knowledge and investing in the latest technology. This gave me immense confidence in his abilities with every visit. When I first came to him, my teeth were in terrible shape, but over the years, his work has transformed not just my smile but my overall health and self-confidence.

It’s a sad moment for me to leave his care, and I’m genuinely anxious about working with a new dentist. I only hope that they are even half as good as Dr. Murray. Thank you, Dr. Murray, for everything you’ve done for me. You’ve truly made a lasting impact on my life, and I’ll always be grateful. I will definitely make an effort to stop by and say hello whenever I’m in Chicago.

2025 Update: Anyone considering an implant should schedule a consult with Dental Innovations. Dr. Murray just completed by second front tooth replacement and anyone missing a tooth knows what a humbling experience that is. From assessment to placement, all the steps are clearly explained and options presented. They use a lot of new technology including 3D imaging to expedite the process and all events are well coordinated through the office. The oral surgeon referral and crown color match consult were all nearby and based on long relationships Dr. Murray has in the field. At the end of the months long process, 'tooth day' is the payoff and thanks to Dr.

Murray and his team, there's nothing but confident smiles for me. If you've considered an implant, the same day promises won't give you a lasting, healthy solution. Talk to Dr. Murray. I've referred my family & friends to his office. You should too. 2021:Dental Innovations is great. I had put off dental work for over a decade and after a number of visits now to get 'caught up', I can confidently say that had I known about Dr.

Murray and all of his staff, I never would have waited. Their care for their patients during a respiratory pandemic shows their professionalism. The office is very clean and their equipment is top notch. They are busy because they are very good at what they do yet are accommodating for emergencies and have some evening hours. Very highly recommended.

Easy to get to with paid parking either on the street or actual city lot. Dr. Murray and his staff have always been very easy to work with and very caring and attentive. Have been their patient for more than 15 years and don't plan on stopping.
