I recently had to get a couple of cavities filled and Dr. Bui and her staff were nothing but the best! I had some slight sensitivity a couple weeks after I got one of my cavities filled and wanted to have it checked out. They were able to get me in the same day and reassure me that everything looked good after taking an x-ray and that this is typical.

This practice genuinely cares about its patients and is always willing to address any questions or concerns you may have.

I cannot rave about the quality of service delivered by the compassionate and highly knowledgeable staff at Dental Loft at the Greene. Dr. Bui (pronounced boy) is very thorough and takes the time to explain the suggested approach for dental hygiene. Chelsea and Rachel have supported Dr.

Bui in my treatment plans and are phenomenal with their gentle yet thorough approach. Jess and the admin staff have always worked to get me in same or next day whenever I am experiencing an issue. 1000% a patient for life!!👍

Last week, I called to schedule an appointment for Zoom Lightening (laser teeth whitening), and they were very elusive. The person on the phone refused to give me a price. She said, “They will discuss that with you at the consultation. ” Then she refused to tell me roughly how long the treatment would work. I even asked for a range of best- and worst-case scenarios. When companies refuse to be upfront and transparent about what they are selling, they usually are not conducting honest business.

I am a busy person (working professional). Um, if you cannot provide me with basic information over the phone, you will never meet me for a consultation. No, thank you! Fyi, if you really want to sell something, you should probably tell the prospective customer what they are buying. . . .

You’re welcome! Steer clear! There are many reputable businesses out there that provide better treatment options. This place is not worth the verbal/mental gymnastics or the hassle! I read the other negative reviews after my post. I have two words: not surprised. You all need to do better!

I went in for a cleaning and exam. She did not do a thorough exam of all my teeth. She told me I needed to have a root canal and an interior bleaching for a front tooth that doesn’t have any decay or anything wrong with it. She also told me I needed a crown on a tooth with no decay. II went in for a cleaning and exam. She did not do a thorough exam of all my teeth.

She is unethical and has a poor chair side manner. She got irritated when I asked questions about the work she recommended. I would not recommend this office to anyone. She is more concerned with making money than with proper care of people.
