Honestly I came in on Thursday for a wisdom tooth removal I had the sweetest most nicest doctor name dr Guido , and his lovely assistant I forgot her name ! But they both attended to my emergency needs and took great care of me the whole time making sure I was okay. Due to me being a very anxious patient this was one of my most difficult procedures and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

Thank you so much to your lovely team. Down to everyone at the reception was lovely !

This is the second time, I've had to go to Dental On Dundas for an emergency dental situation. However, this was the first time I got to go to their new office at 5101 Dundas St W. This time it was because I cracked a tooth, luckily it just needed a new filling. Jaysen at reception greeted me and my family warmly, taking time to explain the new changes that had happened since I had been there last. It was really neat to hear all about their new systems they implemented to make the experience seamless. Edgar took care of me initially.

I really appreciated his patience and kindness listening to my concerns. He ensured I understood all the potential scenarios based on what the x-ray could show and the various treatment options. Dr. Guido is awesome. A friendly and kind manner who has a wonderful sense of humour. He is also a great Dentist (hardly felt the freezing needles during my procedure).

Between Dr. Guido and Edgar, my cracked tooth was fixed in what felt like no time at all. If you are in a bind, and need emergency dental work. You will not be disappointed.

The all-ceramic crown of my front tooth fell off. I asked many dentists but they refused to help me glue it back. But when I walked into "Dental On Dundas", Tameka originally told me to come back at 19:00 at night. I told her that I live there It is more than 40 minutes away from here. After she talked to Jes for me, Jes asked the doctor: Dr. G. Guido DDS.

Jes said that the doctor was willing to help me deal with it now, but he would have to wait a little longer before it would be my turn. I am so happy to hear this news. I don't need to go back to Taiwan to deal with this matter, but can solve it in Toronto. I would like to thank the following people again for helping me with this big help: Dr. G. Guido DDS Jes Tameka Think about it, I'm so lucky to finally be able to solve this problem in Toronto and leave a wonderful memory!

I became a patient of Dr. Russo because my family member started to get emergency teeth removal and it was awesome in 2018. At first things were easier to deal with because there was a lot of time slots to choose from. Later on, too many repairs were planned for that never needed work. The order of the recommendations never seemed to help the patient, it was all about the Drs games. I only learned this once he checked in with another dentist!! Once he got to a professional dentist, they told him damages were more severe to another tooth behind the one discussed.

This warranted the question, what on earth was this Dentist doing suggesting removing a tooth that was good? So after three years time and many questions and several cleanings, we quit. To make things harder, xrays that were sent for my teeth which I have almost no prior issues with, were still not usable. I only learned these results were based off a machine used for patients with jaw problems and other issues which I never reported having ever. That right there was a BIG problem. How were they diagnosing anyone? The only logical answer I had was they kept telling me their equipment had stopped working. When you think about it, you have all kinds of receptionists, all kinds of help but not enough equipment? Makes no sense at all.

Its a losing situation. I wish I had left earlier because now we are fixing teeth that we asked for help 3 years ago. The bottom line is please take care of your teeth and don't ever split up and divide up procedures to accommodate these clinics. Ask for what you need and if you are not getting it, take your business elsewhere. There is something really wrong with this owner.
