Always like coming here for dental care. The female hygienist was professional and personable. She explained everything to me before she did her job . (I had a cleaning). Dr Chatwal puts me at ease every time. He is calm and friendly.

Staff and office environment were very pleasant, kind, organized and clean. I just can't give 5 stars based on appointment availability and no work arounds. You have to wait an extremely long time for follow up treatment and appointments, I'm speaking of 4 months or longer wait time. I guess that's a good problem to have if you're a business owner.

The dental office is nice and the dental staff are friendly, especially the dentist hygienists. I was disappointed when I came for my first dental appointment as a new patient. When I arrived they took dental x-rays and the Dentist came in and reviewed my mouth. He told me that I needed a deep cleaning, in which I totally disagreed with. Before I knew it, they billed my insurance company for the x-rays and then informed me that I had to make another appointment to get my teeth cleaned before I could get a standard cleaning. Fortunately, appointments were available for that same day, so I made an additional appointment.

It was a great inconvenience for me to come back twice in one day, but I wanted to get it done and out of the way. The deep cleaning felt like a regular cleaning that I would normally get. Furthermore, I had been to my former dentist 7 months prior and was faithful with going every 6 months for years. I have NEVER needed a deep cleaning. I am a person who takes very good care of my teeth. I had to pay additional money, that I would normally not pay, they billed my insurance company for a second time, for the balance, and told me that the next appointment would be a regular cleaning.

I felt scammed. Every dentist that I have been to in the past have taken x-rays and did a regular teeth cleaning at the same appointment visit and then scheduled me for the next 6 months. Now I'm not sure if I made the right choice when I changed my dentist to this company who was recommended by my insurance provider. After reading some of the reviews I see that they have done the same thing to other patients, and you don't have a choice in the matter. Go figure! 🤔

I've had the worst dental experience at this office all year. Since January, I've wasted time and gas going back and forth to the office because of broken temporary crowns, and even a broken permanent crown. Now, I can’t get appointments at my preferred time, but only at inconvenient times during work hours. Furthermore, their scheduling system is a disgrace. Emergency appointments take three weeks, and if I do get a same-day emergency appointment, they don’t even do anything. Earlier today, they took two X-rays and then sent me back out, then told me I'd be charged $210 for another crown.

It’s absolutely not my fault the first crown broke. When I called this morning, the receptionist said she was the manager, which I believe is not true. I’m looking at getting a new crown, but I can’t even say why I should continue to be a patient here anymore after all the trouble I’ve had throughout the year. Because of all of that, I'm wondering why I should pay a dime at this point.
