The worst experience with a medical staff I have ever had. They are argumentative and nasty. They didn’t like my questions, and kept hanging up on me. They purposely put me on hold and never got back to me, twice. I was able to hear their entire conversations with two clients, which I recorded and will add to my complaint to Maryland Department of Health.

I have requested my personal records from them several times and never received them. I do have to add that I was very pleased with the doctors and treatments. I would love to continue being a patient but I will not deal with the staff.

I went to Cross Keys Dental One Associates to get a consult from Dr. Jesse Dixon the staff was quite pleasant and professional upon entering the office, by the time I left the office I felt deceived and unsatisfied. I spent $275 for X-rays, meet the Dr for assessment, and was told by him what I needed done, after all that while taking my money, I'm informed the Dr is going on vacation for 3 weeks so the importance of me needing treatment was not a priority but taking my money was. The fact that I took off from work for the appointment on the only day that Dixon is in office no one bothered to tell me when I made the appointment or when I got in the office the day of my appointment the Dr would be on vacation for 3 weeks.

I would have made other considerations. I ask that you be more considerate of people's time and money especially when they have dental anxiety to boot. Regina Singleton

Top notch Dental practice. Professional, organized, health and safety conscious and everyone is always polite. I’ve been a client for over 20 years. Barbara is the best hygienist ever! She is truly amazing. Very kind, caring and attentive to detail. She does an outstanding job ever time. The staff at check in and check out are always very polite and professional.

So I scheduled an appointment this location due to a change in insurance. I called the place and scheduled a cleaning. Once I followed up I was told there would be an evaluation before being scheduled for a cleaning. Once I get in the back the XRAY was horrible. I have never been injured from getting xray done.

I left with several cuts underneath my tongue and at the roof of my mouth. My dentist came in for 3 minutes total and then quickly left. As I was checking out I was informed that there would be a 128 dollar fee for an XRAY that my insurance did not cover. I asked Shoranda if there was a cost that the insurance didn’t cover why wouldn’t the patient be notified. She replied that- that is what the treatment plan is for… however, I was not made aware of the plan until after.

If they know that something isn’t covered by insurance they should let the patient know before hand and not abruptly at the end of service. Overall, if you decide to go to this location I would definitely ask for the treatment plan and cost before going to the back room. I’ve been to many dentist and I’ve never been charged an extra 128 dollars for Xray & never have I left with pain in my mouth. After this she tried to schedule me for a cleaning & only at this time did she say the options not covered by insurance were optional.
