The staff is friendly and explained everything clearly which made the waiting not as bad. They do have a very long wait time since they schedule patients too close together. A sign posted does warn you of 2-3 hour wait times. My appointment was 10:30a and I wasn't seen until past 1:30p.

Front desk offers to call once they're ready to see you if you need to step outside because there is limited seating. The doctor was very nice and explained everything he needed to do. It was a quick procedure and it went smoothly.

TRUST THE LOW RATED REVIEWS!!! If I could give this place negative stars I totally would. I came here on 6/23/25. Waited 6 HOURS to be seen!! And when I was seen and the procedure was done they did not give me clear instructions to follow and instead gave me a sheet with the instructions. No check up date was given. Okay, typically I’m a laid back person so I didn’t make a big deal about the wait and I followed the advice on the paper to a TEE. The following 3 days of the procedure went smoothly no pain. All of a sudden on day 4 I get extreme pain on the site and had called to see if I can go in for a check up.

I call and get connected to call center which takes 8 MINUTES to finally talk to someone. They tell me I can come in on Saturday which is strange because online it says they’re closed. I end up not coming in Saturday due to obligations. I call Sunday in extreme pain, at this point I am sobbing due to how severe the pain is. Another person in call center tells me they are closed on weekends even though someone else tells me another thing. She tells me to come in the following day Monday. I go to the place.

IT IS CLOSED. No warning, no explanation. THAT IS NOT CORRECT TO SUDDENLY CLOSE!! There are people who can have emergency services and must be seen. I regret having my wisdom teeth removed at this place and wish I spent more time researching other places that take my insurance. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAUMATIZED. -4/10 STARS

This review will address all of the negative reviews about this Doctor compared to my experience. Yes there is a wait time i waited 3 hours to have my procedure done. So what! Why do you think this doctor is so busy in tge first place? Because this is a great doctor gifted in what he does.

There were 14 people ahead of me at 9am and thank the lord in heaven that this dentist worked like a dog all day to help the people who needed him the most thank you Doc you extracted 8 teeth no pain no swelling no fear nothing but gratitude to you and yiur wonderful staff.
