If you're facing the prospect of dental work, especially complex procedures, it can cause stomach churning anxiety. But let me tell you, my experience with Dr. Jacobs and the team at Dental Professionals of Old Orchard completely shattered those anxieties. From the moment I walked into the office, the entire staff was an absolute dream. They were wonderfully welcoming and exceptionally patient, truly understanding the apprehension I felt. Chrissy was so nice to take time with us and was always available for any concerns we had. What typically is a very trying and difficult process – full mouth reconstruction – became surprisingly comfortable and calming, including Dr. Jacobs answering texts and emails at odd times and hours (And he’s the one who answered!).

Dr. Jacobs and the Dental Professionals team exuded such expertise and genuine care that my worries melted away. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly (so many, many questions), and ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. Maya was right by my side during particularly difficult procedures and on my many visits back. Connie was so nice toward the end of the process. Thank you both so much! The results themselves are just so insanely wonderful. Dr. Jacob’s skill, artistry and attention to detail (down to the millimeter) are truly remarkable.

But what truly sets this practice apart is the human touch. They made a potentially stressful situation not only manageable but even positive. The front desk staff knew me and always greeted me so nicely. Katie and Maggie were so delightful (sorry you had to deal with FedEx!). If you're looking for a prosthodontist who combines exceptional expertise with genuine care and a patient demeanor, Dr. Bryan Jacobs and the team at Dental Professionals, are it. They are an absolute lifesaver, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I can’t stop smiling!

I had a good experience with cleanings until it was time to get work done. I went in for a small filling as the previous had fell out. Shortly after, I noticed the coloring of the filling was totally off and did not match my tooth at all. A few weeks later I experienced a lot of sensitivity. Called the office and was told they were seemingly absolving themselves of all responsibility.

Was told "I might need an emergency root canal" to "call another dentist" confused as I just wanted to know what was going on with my tooth. Ended up spending over $2,000 dollars for another dentist to look at this. Extremely poor experience here. I would suggest looking elsewhere for any dental issues.
