The hygienists are so amazing. Calm, friendly, and kind. They're fast. The dentist comes in almost immediately when the appointment starts, then a quick cleaning. I regrettably can't remember the name of our hygienist today but she was so competent. Having a mouthful of equipment for a 7yo was scary for him, but she was soothing, efficient, and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The dentist and hygienist at Dental Smiles For Kids turned what could be a scary, unpleasant experience for a child into an absolutely comforting, pleasant experience! I am so grateful my child came out smiling and will not be hesitant to go to the dentist in the future. What a kind, caring, gentle and competent team! I cannot recommend them highly enough! This is the office every mom wants for their child.

My daughter absolutely loves her dentist to the point where she doesn’t freak out when she knows she has to get a filling. Dr. K is awesome. Interacts with the kids and makes the whole experience positive and fun for them even. Between him and the laughing gas my daughters is giggling the whole visit lol

This place was a huge disappointment. The manager is one of the coldest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. I missed an appointment because my elderly grandfather was in the hospital, and I explained everything—including that they had the wrong phone number on file, which is part of why I never got a reminder. She didn’t care at all. No sympathy, no understanding—just attitude. The time before that, my son had strep, and I was completely focused on taking care of him. It slipped my mind to cancel—and again, zero compassion. Life happens, especially when you’re a parent.

But clearly, that means nothing to them. They take their policy more seriously than the actual dental health of your child. That says everything you need to know. What really shocked me is they didn’t even send a warning or give any kind of notice. No letter, no call—nothing. Just dropped us. And legally, you can’t just remove a patient without a formal written warning or proper notice. It’s not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable.

The office itself isn’t anything special. The staff rush through everything, barely make eye contact, and the entire place feels cold and impersonal. After how I was treated, I wouldn’t even bring my dog here. Do yourself a favor and take your child somewhere that ACTUALLY values families and treats people with basic HUMAN decency. This office clearly does NOT.
