I have increasingly disappointed in my services with this office over the past few months. The staffs’ professionalism has consistently declined. Every interaction seems more transactional and lacks compassion and friendliness. As for the service of the Dental Hygienist, during the process of setting a temporary crown, I was subjected to conversation that was not relevant to my care.

Instead the hygienist and the assistant were engaged in a conversation about their running routine and what they preferred to wear (hat & gloves vs. no hat & gloves). As they continued this conversation, the hygienist was distracted and the procedure was not completed efficiently. As a result, the temporary crown broke in less than 24 hours! I was embarrassed especially because I was at work.

I called as quickly as I could, only to be told that I could come in tomorrow! Once I demanded to be serviced today, they brought me in for a same day appointment and I was fortunate enough to have Tirana as the hygienist and she was amazing! She handled my issue professionally and compassionately. I was so grateful to her for making my 2nd trip to this office more pleasant.

I went in to get a root canal. I showed up an hour early and they were able to take care of me and I was out of the office before my actual appointment which I really appreciated. My experience was great. Dr. Applestein was careful and I didn’t feel any pain at all. 10/10 experience for me.
