Thank you so much Dr. Cohen, assistants, and office staff. You all have been amazing from the start, through surgery, and now as the healing begins. I had 13 extractions, and though I was shaking so much, the doctor and staff was supportive and patient with my anxiety.

The Receptionist was polite, friendly and took care of my insurance coverage quickly. The Dental assistant was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Doctor Chow was very proficient, explained how the procedure could be done today (Monday) after examining the two teeth that were going to be extracted. It was my first time visiting this practice. The whole team was professional and welcoming. It was initially a consultation. The doctor inquired about cancelations, and I was able to get the route canal work on that day. Very grateful. I had a lot of anxiety.

Dr. Ribitzki was extremely understanding with me. If every dentist gave shots the way she does, I would never be fearful again. Excellent service and care for patients here.
