The worst experience EVER! I went in to get braces and left with life altering issues. They kept my braces on for over 6 years. They will not honour my warranty. Once they received all the money they couldn’t care. Brittany, the office manager was extremely rude and told me that she will Not honour my warranty and hung up the phone on me.

Doctor Doudi promised me that she would try and help me to fix the issues I had and never kept her word. I wish I never came to this office. People do your research before trusting these so called professionals. They changed their name from Sterling dental to Dental Studio’s.

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist’s office. I started my braces journey four years ago, and despite all that time, I still have the same issues with my teeth. They scheduled my appointments months apart sometimes every three months and never bothered to follow up or call me back. Earlier this month, I called to ask when my next appointment was, only to be told that I had been transferred to a completely different dental office without my knowledge.

When I arrived at the new office, I was shocked to learn that I would have to restart my entire braces process from scratch, which would take another two years just to get my teeth aligned properly. To make matters even worse, my family is now being forced to pay another $6,000 for a treatment that should have already been completed. This entire experience has been nothing but frustrating, expensive, and incredibly unprofessional.

Horrendous receptionists, please avoid at all costs, you can read the reviews, this is not an individual opinion. Sad because my dentist was great. Don’t even expect to be called back when they tell you. They’re from the gillingham location, which I’ve been with for over 10 years.
