Wonderful first-time dental cleaning session! Dr. Chaudhary provided thoughtful counsel regarding enhancing overall gum and teeth health and noted considerations for orthodontic treatment options. Additionally, the dental hygienist, Ebony, provided a meticulous cleaning experience and great recommendations for tools that enhance overall dental health.

The environment was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The front desk staff was also warm. Would highly recommend visiting!

I hate to write this review because Dr. Smaiyra Chaudhary is an incredible dentist, but Dental Town DC's billing practices are incredibly poor, nearing fraudulent. I called today after speaking with my insurance company and they could not verify any of the charges on my current balance. They have added $1,000 to my balance since my last visit even though they confirmed I paid the requested $47 that should have been billed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary, but I would steer clear of here if you want to avoid hours of calls with their billing department to receive no insight into your bill.

Avoid. I had a relatively simple procedure to fit a fixed retainer. A week later one side came loose. After offering them a chance to put it right, they did nothing. Having then paid for another dentist to fix it, the other side has now become detached.

A rushed job, insufficient cement and poorly cured. If they can’t even get this right for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, think what else they could get wrong. Don’t risk it.
