I just love Dental Traditions. They are so wonderful and kind. They’re office is run so smoothly and I just can’t say enough what a pleasure it is to be patients there. Although more of an adult practice, my husband and myself are patients, my son has been going since he was 4 years old and loves it as well.

We just went for his 6 year check up and got sealant on his molars. His hygienist was thoughtful and very considerate and even took time to show him how the sealant worked. I admire that it’s a family practice and other hygienists have been there over 20 years and enjoy working there too. Thank you Dental Traditions for taking such good care of us!

Dr. Robinson was exceptional—very professional and provided wonderful service. The oral hygienist was great as well, and the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. However, my experience with Heather, who handled the insurance claim, was disappointing. She refused to call the insurance office, citing a lack of time to wait on the phone. While I understood her position, I took the initiative to call them myself and handle the issue.

The other issue arose when it took Heather over a months to file my claim to my second insurance. This only happened after I made repeated phone calls to remind her. As a result, my bill ended up being twice as high as it should have been. It took another month for her to correct the error. After I overpaid, I spent another month trying to get a refund, only to find that the check had been lost by USPS (of course not her fault). Every time I spoke to Heather, she was unhelpful and rude.

She seemed unwilling to assist unless I repeatedly called and reminded her. Each conversation felt like an inconvenience for her. I finally received my refund after speaking with another receptionist. While I am very satisfied with Dr. Robinson's care and have additional dental work planned, I am hesitant to return due to my unpleasant interactions with Heather.

Dental Traditions is a great dental practice! They are kind and do great work. I have been going to Dr Richardson for 30+ years and drive 1 hour each way just to continue with the practice. Highly recommend!!

I love Dr. Robinson, he’s experienced and knowledgeable, and the staff so professional and courteous! Ms Sherry in the front office is “simply the best 🎵” !!! I have been coming here for more than 20 years, and seeing Ms Sherry when you come in just feels like family. Very trustworthy & honest dentist office. I highly recommend you giving them a try.
