This December, I seen Doctor Mona for my invisalign treatment. When I called her about it she was so kind and compassionate to try to fit me in the same week The front desk assistants and the staff were so kind. However Dr. Mona fit me in bright and early the next week and even called to tell me they have an earlier opening if I want to go. Dr. Mona fixed my issue and helped me feel more comfortable. I am so happy with the results. She advised the best solution for me and did everything she could to service me. Thank you Dr. Mona. I had anxiety and never used to smile in pictures. You made me feel so much better once I got there. Thank your wonderful staff for me as well.

I went to several dentists to make my decision about who is going to do my invisalign procedure, as I was embarrassed of my smile for years! For me this was a big decision since it can get very costly depending on your needs. After seeing several different dentists i decided to go with Dr. Mona. I did as much research as I could and found out her credentials and the way she presented herself at my consultation won me over. Dr. Mona has a trusting caring way about her that made me so at ease from my first consultation. She offered different financial options that can help you pay for treatment and she ALWAYS works with your schedule. Dr. Mona is so gentle and makes you feel so calm you wish you would have found her years ago as that is how I feel.
Also Diana and her other assistants are so wonderful with your needs. If i had any needs or concerns they would work with you with no problem just to make me feel happy and satisfied. My new invisaligns look so beautiful and natural it will really amaze you to see the before and after. I am no longer embarrassed to smile as i was or covering my mouth when I talk I am so much more confident and I can really cry when i think of what Dr. Mona corrected that I was most self conscious about. I will continue to see Dr. Mona even if my dental insurance wont cover anything ! That is how amazing she is. If you are having any hesitations with who you should go see please go at least for a consultation with her, you will not be disappointed and i know you will LOVE her!! And she did my invisalign treatment much much more with the time frame and I am almost finished before my BIRTHDAY and Graduation which is super exciting as i asked even with her busy schedule!!! She honestly made me so happy. I cant thank her enough. Thanks Dr. Mona!! & staff! ❤❤❤❤❤

When I first encountered Dr. Mona Amer I thought finally a dentist who would treat me as a human being and not a commodity for financial gain. However, after being under her care for more than two years without getting a treatment plan, and charging me $53. 00 for a non-silver filling, and never giving me an itemized bill for the work done in her office. I began to question her professional ethics and office policy. I asked for an itemized bill continuously and was told that the system was not working or the person who handles billing and that part of the service was not in. I contacted the individual whom the receptionist stated handled billing via text and phone, and found that there practice was not above board.
I was treated differently as a person of color. So, please if you encounter both the professionalism of her and the infrastructures in her office are with ethical standards and above board continue to accept her service. However, if you find that after several attempts to get or receiving a treatment plan by her office or the dentist. That included dates, times, or pricing for procedures and recommendations, which included what your insurance paid and your cost out of pocket. To which comply to your choice of what is beneficial and best for your physical oral health and wellness. Do not wait as I did find someone else immediately. The ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

There are five fundamental principles that form the foundation of the ADA Code: patient autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice and veracity. A system of principles governing dental practice; a moral obligation to render the best possible quality of dental service to the patient and to maintain an honest relationship with other members of the profession and society at large.

Very sweet, kind, and professional dentist! She is extremely understanding and knows what she is doing. She completed everything in a timely manner, and faster than I expected with minimal to no pain. Her assistants were respectful and the office was extremely clean and sanitary. Overall, I wish more dentists were like and would recommend her to anyone!
